Role Overview
We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Community Manager to lead, engage, and nurture our global community of music artists. You’ll play a key role in ensuring artists feel connected, supported, and empowered, aligning with our mission to turn creativity into sustainable careers. The ideal candidate understands the music industry, has experience building highly engaged communities, and is excited about supporting artists on their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Engagement & Growth: Lead the engagement and growth of our artist community, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where members can connect, collaborate, and share resources.
- Content Creation & Curation: Regularly share inspirational and educational content (from workshops, toolkits, etc.) to keep the community informed and motivated.
- Support & Advocacy: Act as a bridge between our artists and 24/7 Artists, offering timely support and feedback while also advocating for the community’s needs internally.
- Events & Opportunities: Plan and execute digital and live events, such as Q&A sessions, workshops, and networking events, to foster community learning and growth.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze community engagement and feedback to continuously improve the user experience, ensuring our community thrives.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure our community efforts align with the company’s broader goals and offerings.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent the brand with passion, ensuring all interactions reflect our values of transparency, simplicity, and support.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in community management, preferably within the music industry or creative spaces.
- Deep understanding of the music industry and the challenges artists face in building sustainable careers.
