As we expand our tech platform, CreatorSPC, we are seeking a skilled and reliable Tech Support Specialist to manage our daily tech operations. This role will ensure the seamless functioning of our internal systems, hardware, and software, enabling our team to focus on driving innovation in the music tech space.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a Tech Support Specialist with at least 3 years of experience to manage and maintain our technology infrastructure. This includes overseeing email systems, cloud management, hardware and software troubleshooting, and system maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Systems Management: Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain the company’s email infrastructure, ensuring proper security and functionality.
- Cloud Management: Oversee cloud storage systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) and manage user accounts, permissions, and data integrity.
- Hardware & Software Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain company hardware (laptops, desktops, mobile devices) and software applications. Perform routine updates, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed.
- Network Support: Monitor and maintain network connectivity, including troubleshooting issues related to routers, firewalls, and network security.
- IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide hands-on tech support to staff, resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
- System Monitoring & Upkeep: Regularly check system performance, ensure backups are functioning properly, and maintain up-to-date security protocols to protect against vulnerabilities.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, issues, resolutions, and recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in tech support, IT operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) and email management.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting, including experience with both Mac and PC environments.
- Familiarity with network systems and IT security best practices.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
